I'm sure he has great gear and is a god with a wrench but he still sounds like a crusty boy to me.

I have never seen anything like that anywhere in my life. That was absolutely flawless and beyond description. If there's a street/trials rider with as much flow and creativity anywhere in the world I would love to see them ride. I thought Ryan was nuts. Wow. Insane. Manifesto can't hold a candle to this IMO. Pardon the ignorance but was that off a pedal kick or was there a lip involved? Serious skills and balls of steel to not have a brain bucket on... A.

Nope, it was welded one v brake bosses. Wasnt too worried about it, only needed to use 2 axis movement since it was a straight tube.

we left the tongues on and nailed them down, we also put glue down under the boards so it would be super bomber.

I would love to talk shop more. I bought the wood pre cut they vary from 4" to 2" wide pieces. I have a friend that installs custom hardwood floors and he helped me do the work. its super strong and look beautiful.

my bullit weighs in around 38 pounds. it could be lighter with different cranks, hubs, ti spring, etc. but i love the way it rides and weight isn't everything.

peace

$150 for a box of the DT Revos is from the Norco catalog ... I didn't pay that, but that's the list price.

Ya the LBS stuff is a bummer, but it's just one of those times where I'm gonna have to bend over and take it.
My prospective trails are all on our own property for the most part. A little bit extends into a neighbouring farmer's but that wont be a problem. My dad told me I have like 10 utility poles to build with and there are field stones piles lining the bush. I have big plans. Those photos are well out-dated by the way. I have not made anything like that, but my new plans are better. Thanks for the interest!
